How do I know my axle ratio?

The most accurate way to find this is the tag on the rear axle. You can also call the dealer with your VIN and ask. Please note: The dealer will only have OEM information on your vehicle. If the rear end has ever been changed, the dealer will not have that info.

Do you offer any warranties on your differentials?

As is standard with all performance parts, we do not offer a warranty on our parts.

The item I want is showing backordered. Can I still order it? How long will it take to receive?

In most cases, YES you can still order a backordered item. Please note that this will increase the time until your order ships as we will need to wait for it to arrive to send to you. Some items marked backordered have a lead time due to being built to order. Lead time will be sent to you as soon as we have it.

What is sold in the used parts section of the store? What are your policies with used sales?

Our used section of the store contains used OEM take-off parts that were discarded after an upgrade, performance items that were upgraded, and (rarely) new performance parts that a customer changed their mind on. All used items are in USED-GOOD quality or better, tested for functionality, and have no known defects unless noted.

Stock changes all the time in this section, sometimes daily. The parts available in this section are limited availability, and when they are gone, they're GONE, so don't delay!

Return and Refund Policy

All items sold are vehicle specific and the vehicle fitment is listed in the description of the item. Due to our products being custom built and meant for use on performance vehicles, no refunds or returns will be accepted. Any items not installed by Rob's Performance do not carry any additional warranties for fitment or function. Product installation information is available for download by request, and the shop is always happy to help with questions and concerns. Shipping is non-refundable.

Rob's Performance will not consider returns or refunds for ANY reason if:

Item has been modified, installed or otherwise used/tampered with.
Item is not in NEW condition or was installed at any shop other than Rob's Performance or a recommended partner shop.

PRE-OWNED/USED ITEMS

ALL USED PARTS ARE FINAL SALE! No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted. Please verify fitment for your vehicle BEFORE PLACING ORDER. Used parts have been tested and are in like-new or used-good condition or better, as noted on the listing. NO ADDITIONAL WARRANTY IS IMPLIED on used parts.
